Is it for people with diabetes or those who just want to follow a blood sugar diet for health reasons. Both? I didn't feel the Author's introduction really answered this question. The recipes look okay, though I have not tried any yet. The big problem is the lack of any nutritional information. Some of the recipes look sky-high in terms of carbs. If the book is for diabetics, the actual carb counts really should be included.

By Amazon Customer Ms.Barr has written an easy to read nutritional book with really healthy and yummy recipes for anyone who wishes to adopt good eating habits. It's sure handy to have in my kitchen as I choose to prepare healthier meals for my family.
